Furthermore, the invention relates to the methods for the preparation and use of said probes and biochips for the analysis of mutations, sequencing, detection of alternative splicing variants, analysis of gene expression, analysis of allelic disorders and loss of heterozygosity and the detection of all nucleic acids present in said organisms or residues from said organisms.
