titleOfInvention Adsorbates containing active substances
abstract The invention relates to a method for producing adsorbates suitable for human or animal nutrition, or for cosmetic applications. According to said method, a component (A) that is to be adsorbed is applied to a supporting material (C) using at least one stabilising agent (B), whereby the average particle size of the supporting material (C) is at least 80 νm, with the proviso that if the component (A) to be adsorbed is vitamin E, the mixture of (A) and (B) has an HLB value of less than 7 and also with the proviso that if the component (A) to be adsorbed is a fat-soluble vitamin and the stabilising agent (B) is a glyceride, the solidification point of the mixture of (A) and (B) is less than or equal to 80 °C. The invention also relates to the use of the adsorbates obtained in such a manner.
