The method for preparing perovskite-type compound Ax(BO3)y powders includes the following steps: the solution containing A (wherein A is one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Li, Na, K, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Pb, Sm, La, Nd, Bi and other rear earth elements) and the solution containing B (wherein B is one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Ti, Zr, Mn, Co, Ni, Fe, Cr, Y, Sc, W, Ta and so on) or combined solution containing A & B are reacted with alkaline solution in a high-gravity reactor at a temperature from about 60 deg.C to about 100 deg.C, and then, the obtained powders is filtered, scrubbed and dried. The average grain size of the perovskite-type compound Ax(BO3)y powder obtained is small, its grain size distribution is narrow, crystal form is completed, shape is regular, it is suitable for use as raw material for making dielectric, piezoelectric, pyroelectric, antiferroelectric, pressure-resisting, sensing, microwave media and other ceramics. |
