titleOfInvention Salutary compositions consisting of fungi containing lipids and thiocyanates
abstract The invention relates to salutary compositions, which consist of biomasses of fungi containing lipids and thiocyanates and which can contain additional active substances. The biomasses can be cultivated in the presence of thiocyanates. Microparticles and nanoparticles, preferably with an average diameter of between 10 nm and 10 ñm can be obtained by the conversion of the biomasses. Potential areas of application are medicine, foodstuff manufacture, a prophylactic application for humans and animals and the treatment of infectious diseases.
