The invention relates to novel cationic copolymers, use thereof for the vectorisation of biomolecules and synthetic intermediates for the same. According to the invention, said copolymers are produced from two types of comonomer, one of which comprises at least one amine function which may be protonated and the other is of the methylidene malonate type. Said copolymers permit the preparation of novel polyplex or simple synthetic vectors by means of which an efficient vectorisation of the natural or synthetic biomolecules such as DNA, RNA and/or the fragments thereof may be achieved. |
