Conductive resin composition and fuel cell separators |
abstract |
Conductive plates are produced by molding a conductive resin composition which comprises both an electrically conducting material and a radical-polymerizable thermosetting resin composition having a specific acid value according to a resin molding process. The electrically conducting material may be carbon powder, while the radical-polymerizable thermosetting resin composition may be constituted of a radical-polymerizable resin and a radical-polymerizable diluent. The radical-polymerizable resin is preferably one which has a double bond equivalent of about 200 to about 1000 and gives a cured article having a glass transition temperature of 120°C or above. The weight ratio of the electrically conducting material to the radical-polymerizable thermosetting resin composition ranges from about 55/45 to about 95/5. |
