abstract |
On a chromatogram wherein peaks corresponding to multiple classes of lipoproteins appear in mixed form, the quantitative determination of components contained in lipoproteins is carried out by class. In particular, a method of lipoprotein analysis, comprising the first step of separating multiple classes of lipoproteins contained in a sample through liquid chromatography and identifying the components contained in separated lipoproteins and the second step of dividing the chromatogram obtained as a result of the above first step by lipoprotein class and performing the quantitative determination of components contained in lipoproteins by class. |
