Metal alkoxide hydrolyzate |
abstract |
A metal oxide sol comprised of a metal alkoxide hydrolyzate whose structure has been spectrally elucidated, which is used to obtain a film exhibiting highly satisfactory denseness and smoothness. The metal alkoxide hydrolyzate is a product obtained by hydrolysis of a metal alkoxide characterized in that 70 atomic% or more of the oxygen atoms brought in the product in water used for the hydrolysis are μ3-oxygen atoms. |
