The present invention relates to a programmable circuit structure comprising a conductor which has at least a first conductive layer (22) and a second conductive layer (28a, 28b). The second conductive layer (28a, 28b) is removed in a localized manner, in order to free an area (36) from the first conductive layer (22) and to obtain a free area (36) from the first conductive layer (22). This cleared area (36) of the first conductive layer (22) can be sectioned by applying a predefined programming current to the circuit structure. |
