The present invention is related to the production of coatings utilizing a fluorine-containing polymer having hydroxyl and/or carboxyl groups that are cured with an amino resin to produce 'soft hand' low gloss coatings for vinyl, urethane, leather, and other flexible plastic substrates. Methods for increasing stain resistance, , flexible substrates treated by this method, coating compositions and stain resistant flexible coated substrates are provided. |
