The invention relates to the use of a material for the production of noise protection parts, swimming protection parts, otoplastics and for securing ventings. Said material enables precise and simple production and post-processing. The material is made of at least one diisocyanate and at least one hydroxyl compound comprising at least two OH-groups, such that pre-hardening of the material occurs by means of diisocyanate-polyaddition and final hardening takes place by means of radical polymerisation. |
