abstract |
It is intended to provide a method comprising using a mixture of a molecule to be analyzed with a solid phase support for immobilization which is obtained by bonding the molecule to the solid phase support without specifying the binding site in the side of the molecule, and analyzing specific interaction between the molecule and another molecule undergoing a specific interaction therewith on the solid phase. In particular, the immobilization is performed via a spacer which has been introduced into the above-described molecule without specifying the binding site in the side of the molecule. According to this method, a molecule having an interaction specific to a molecule to be analyzed can be identified and selected without examining structure-activity correlation as essentially required in the existing method. Thus, correlations among these molecules can be analyzed. |
