The invention relates to a medical connector for liquid conduits and a lock for said connector, whereby the lock (3) can be screwed onto the female coupling (2) of the connector (1, 2, 3). Moreover, the elastic transverse deformation capacity of the aforementioned lock is such that the screwing of the lock onto the female coupling causes said elastic deformation which, in turn, tightens the lock on the female coupling. The invention is particularly suitable for connectors comprising two standardised couplings, namely a male and female coupling. |
