The invention relates to MHC multimer fusion proteins, DNA coding for an MHC fusion protein and RNA resulting in an MHC monomer after transcription. The invention also relates to the use of a chromoprotein as an agent for multimerizing MHC molecules, DsRed1< >excepted, and to methods for the production of fusion proteins containing a chromoprotein and MHC, DsRed1 being excepted as a chromoprotein, in addition to methods for the production of MHC multimers. The invention further relates to methods for analyzing an antigen-specific cellular immune response, especially for detection of T lymphocytes including specific T-cell receptors on the cell surface thereof. The invention further relates to uses of the inventively produced MHC monomers or the MHC multimers. |
