abstract |
A system and a corresponding method for controlling a process involving a specimen is provided. The system comprises a first electrode (18) covered by an insulating layer (29) and adapted to receive a modulated electrical voltage for generating an electric field in the specimen; a measuring circuit (7) for measuring at least one parameter depending on a response of the speciment to the field; a date processor section (8) connected to the measuring circuit (7) operative to determine a concentration of a substance in the speciment and to output date in response to the determined concentation; a control circuit connected to the data processor section (8) and operative to receive data from the date processor section (8) and to control an aspect of the process based at least in part on the data from the data processor section (8). Furthermore, a method for obtaining an indication of a condition of a specimen is provided. |
