A three-dimensional grid panel (10) includes an intermediate grid (28) disposed between and attaching two spaced-apart grids (24, 26). Each of the two spaced-apart grids includes a first plurality of elongated components (30, 40), and a second plurality of elongated components (32, 42) oriented transverse to the first plu rality of components and intersecting the first plurality of components at nodes. The intermediate grid includes a first plurality of intermediate components (46), each extending between nodes of the two spaced-apart grids, and a second plurality of intermediate components (48), each extending between nodes of the two spaced-apart grids, and oriented transverse to the first plurality of intermediate components. |
