Disclosed are bismuth compound-containing electrodeposition paints comprising: A) at least one self-crosslinking and/or external crosslinking bonding agent which containing (potentially) cationic or anionic groups and reactive functional groups which can thermally react with i) themselves or complementary reactive functional groups contained in the self-crosslinking bonding agent, or ii) complementary reactive functional groups contained in crosslinking agents (B) if an external crosslinking bonding agent is used; B) at least one optional crosslinking agent containing the complementary reactive functional groups; and C) at least one bismuth compound. |
