abstract Incisions or cutouts (31b-33b) are formed in individual cut out pre-impregnated objects (31-33), and at least one set of a partially separated flap (31c, 32c, 33c) and residual portion (31d, 32d, 33d) is formed in each of the pre-impregnated objects. The partially separated flaps (31c-33c) of the pre-impregnated objects are laid over predetermined portions of press die (10) as positioning flaps. After that the partially separated flaps (31c-33c) of the pre-impregnated objects are pressed to obtain a desired tridimensional shape. Then the end edge portions of the residual portions (31d-33d) are laid over on the end edge portions of the partially separated flaps (31c-33c) and are further pressed, so that a formed product of a fiber-reinforced composite material having a desired tridimensional shape as a whole is obtained. This way, a formed product of a fiber-reinforced composite material is stably produced with high efficiency without wrinkles.
