abstract | It is intended to provide drugs useful in preventing and/or treating disorders caused by spinal injury. Namely, a drug for preventing and/or treating disorders caused by spinal injury which contains, as the active ingredient, a pyrazolone derivative represented by the following general formula (I), its physiologically acceptable salt or a hydrate or a solvate thereof: (I) wherein R1 represents hydrogen, aryl, alkyl or alkoxycarbonylalkyl; R2 represents hydrogen, aryloxy, arylmercapto, alkyl or hydroxyalkyl; or R1 and R2 may together form alkylene; R3 represents hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, hydroxyalkyl, benzyl, naphthyl, phenyl or phenyl having 1 to 3 substituents selected from the group consisting of alkyl, alkoxy, hydroxyalkyl, alkoxycarbonyl, alkylmercapto, alkylamino, dialkylamino, halogeno, trifluoromethyl, carboxyl, cyano, hydroxy, nitro, amino and acetoamido. |
