titleOfInvention Method for solubilizing hydrophobic peptides and use thereof for inducing an antitumoral and/or anti-infectious ctl response
abstract The invention concerns a molecule of pharmaceutical interest, preferably a hydrophobic major histocompatibility complex (MHC) ligand soluble in solvents such as DMSO, solubilized in an aqueous medium capable of being injected into a human being for preparing a pharmaceutical composition designed to induce an immune response mediated by cytotoxic T lymphocytes. The invention also concerns the use of such peptides mixed or coupled with a carrier protein for preparing a vaccine composition for preventing infectious diseases or for treating cancers. The invention further concerns said peptides, in particular as anti-infectious or antitumoral medicine.
