A method of treating lymphoma in a subject comprises administering to a subject afflicted with lymphoma antibody fragments, minibodies, or mixtures thereof that bind to tenascin in a therapeutically effective amount. Preferably the antibody fragment is a fragment of monoclonal antibody 81C6 or an antibody that binds to the epitope bound by monoclonal antibody 81C6. Preferably the antibody fragment is labeled with or conjugated to a chemotherapeutic agent, particularly a radioisotope such as 131I. Preferably the minibody is a minibody of monoclonal antibody 81C6 or an antibody that binds to the epitope bound by monoclonal antibody 81C6. Preferably the minibody is labeled with or conjugated to a chemotherapeutic agent, particularly a radioisotope such as 131I. |
