titleOfInvention ANTIFUNGAL PARENTERAL PRODUCTS
abstract The invention relates to parenteral pharmaceutical formulations which contain an antifungal compound based on echinocandin and an aqueous solvent, these formulations comprising ethanol, for example, about 20% w / v ethanol. These parenteral pharmaceutical formulations can also include one or more additives, such as a stabilizing agent, a buffer or a tonic. Parenteral pharmaceutical formulations are useful for extending shelf life and improving the solubility of the antifungal compound based on echinocandin.
