abstract A light diffusing sheet comprising a resin film layer having fine irregular shape formed on at least one surface of a transparent film, and a light diffusing layer formed on the fine irregular shape surface of the resin film layer and having a low-refractive-index layer lower in refractive index than the resin film layer, whereby the sheet can retain glare resistance, hardly produces white blur due to surface scattering, and scarcely gives double refraction even when applied to a high-precision LCD, without compromise in adhesion and durability.
