abstract | The invention relates to a multilamellar system for the administration of active substances by means of ingestion. The inventive system consists of a support film (2, 15) which is spread coated with a matrix layer preparation (12 to 14) comprising liquid or solid active principles and excipients which form gelled preparations. Several matrix layers (12, 13, 14) with or without an active agent or different base systems can be stacked thereon, such that support films with identical or different formulations (2, 15) and matrix layers with identical or different formulations (12, 13, 14) are stacked on top of one another. The systems are cut into small units which can be used in different presentation forms. Said multilamellar system provides numerous active agent-release programming options which are intended, in particular, for the formulation of novel medicaments. |
