abstract | The invention relates to novel micro-capsules having average diameters of 0.0001 - 5 mm, consisting of a coating membrane and a matrix containing the active ingredients, obtainable by (a1) preparing a matrix consisting of forming agents, chitosans and glycyrrhetinic acid and/or the derivatives thereof; optionally dispersing the matrix in an oil phase; (a3) treating the dispersed matrix with aqueous solutions of anionic polymers and, optionally, removing the oil phase, or (b1) preparing a matrix consisting of forming agents of anionic polymers and glycyrrhetinic acid and /or the derivatives thereof, (b2) optionally dispersing the matrix in an oil phase, (b3) treating the dispersed matrix with aqueous chitosan solutions and, optionally, removing the oil phase, or (c1) processing aqueous solutions of glycyrrhetinic acid and/or the derivatives thereof with oil bodies in the presence of emulsifiers to form O/W emulsions; (c2) treating the emulsions thus obtained with aqueous solutions of anionic polymers; (c3) bringing the matrix thus obtained into contact with aqueous chitosane solutions and (c4) separating the encapsulation products thus obtained from the acqueous phase. |
