A polymer composition comprising (a) a block polymer which comprises a polymer block (A) mainly composed of α-methylstyrene and an optionally hydrogenated polymer block (B) composed of a conjugated diene or isobutylene and has a weight-average molecular weight of 30,000 to 200,000, (b) an acrylic resin, and (c) a softener in such proportions (by mass) as to satisfy the relationships (1) and (2): 0.05 ≤ Wb/Wa ≤ 2 (1) Wc/(Wa + Wb + Wc) ≤ 0.5 (2) wherein Wa, Wb, and Wc represent the contents (by mass) of the components (a), (b) and (c) respectively. The composition is excellent in various properties such as processability in molding, scratch resistance, wear resistance, flexibility, mechanical strengths, rubber elasticity, and transparency and in the balance among these properties and can be favorably used in various fields such as stretch material, laminate, and foam, by utilizing the excellent properties. |
