Unsaturated polybranched compounds (A-1) to (A-4), obtained by reacting (a) a compound having two or more epoxy groups in the molecule with (b) a compound having two or more carboxyl and/or phenolic hydroxyl groups in the molecule (with the proviso that when the component (a) is a polyepoxy compound having two epoxy groups, the component (b) has three or more carboxyl and/or phenolic hydroxyl groups) and (c) an unsaturated monocarboxylic acid or a compound having at least one unsaturated double bond; unsaturated polybranched compounds (A-5) to (A-8) having carboxyl groups, obtained by reacting the secondary hydroxyl groups of the above unsaturated polybranched compounds with (d) a polybasic acid anhydride; and curable compositions obtained by blending the above unsaturated polybranched compounds with a polymerization initiator and, if necessary, a thermosetting component. |
