abstract An energy radiation device which comprises a special ore layer (14) comprising a mixture of tourmaline and an anion ore such as a ceramic and, laminated on the special ore layer (14), a colored material layer (16) comprising a specifically colored material. The colored material layer (16) may be formed by laminating a plurality of layers, and an intermediate layer (18) containing gold, silver, titanium or carbon may be provided between the special ore layer (14) and the colored material layer (16) or between two layers constituting the colored material layer (16). The energy radiation device allows the utilization of the effectiveness of tourmaline with good efficiency and with ease and simplicity.
