abstract |
The present invention relates to the use of a drug inducing intracellular protein aggregation for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition wherein the drug is in a dose of 135-175 mg/m2 body surface for the treatment of a tumor, a bacterial infection or a viral infection. Preferably said drug is selected from vincristine and paclitaxel. The present invention further relates to a method, of treating a patient suffering from a tumor, a bacterial infection or a viral infection comprising administering to said patient a drug inducing intracellular protein aggregation in a dose of 135-175 mg/m2 body surface. It is preferred that said drug is administered in combination with heat treatment. |
