abstract The invention relates to novel triazole derivatives with cannabinoid properties and, more specifically, 1,2,4-triazole derivatives with cannabinoid properties. Owing to the antagonistic nature of the inventive compounds, the main therapeutic applications thereof include: appetite suppression, reduction in dyskinesia caused by L-dopa in Parkinson's sufferers, treatment of acute schizophrenia and improvement in memory and cognitive dysfunctions associated with Alzheimer's disease.
