A modifier for polylactic acid which comprises a block polymer (C) which has a glass transition temperature of 0°C or lower and comprises a polymer block (A) satisfying the relationship 7.80=σ/ς<8.54 (wherein σ indicates the solubility parameter of the polymer block and ς indicates the density of the polymer block) and a polymer block (B) satisfying the relationship 8.54=σ/ς<9.20 (wherein σ and ς have the same meanings as defined above), the blocks (A) and (B) each independently being a polymer block selected from the group consisting of polyester, polyether, and polyhydroxycarboxylic acid blocks. |
