abstract The present invention discloses conjugates of polyethylene glycol and flavonoid drugs, wherein said conjugates the flavonoids, such as puerarin, daidzein, baicalein and baicalin, were modification by PEGylation, in order to increase water solubility of the flavonoid drugs as well as prolong their half-life in vivo. It’s characterized by non-toxic, essentially non-immunnogenic and water soluble polyethylene glycol supported drug molecules, so as to enhanced their therapeutic effects and administration complacence.
