abstract An improved electronic pasteurization method and system is presented. The improved electronic pasteurization system includes a coupled accelerator and a treatment station. The coupled accelerator includes a coupled multiplier supply (CMS) having a mechanical drive system and power modules. The mechanical drive system supplies mechanical power to the power modules, which convert the mechanical power into electrical power that provides stepped-up power to the accelerator column.
