abstract A method for culturing peanut-sprout as vegetable comprise steps: (a) sterilizing the greenhouse, container and base material therein; (b) spreading peanuts on the base material and placing the container in the greenhouse; (c) pouring growth substance on the peanuts; (d) keeping the greenhouse at a temperature of 30-35°C for 3-5 hours by computer; and (e) keeping the greenhouse at temperature of 22-30°C for 6-8 days by computer and watering one time every 3-5 hours. The method has advantages of shortening growth period and making the vegetable to be fleshy and nutritious.
