titleOfInvention Method of managing easily polymerizable substance and easily polymerizable substance managing apparatus
abstract A method of managing an easily polymerizable substance, comprising replacing a liquid containing easily polymerizable substance that is retained in a bypass pipe for flow rate control valve or flow meter secured to a piping through which a liquid containing easily polymerizable substance flows so as to prevent the polymerization of easily polymerizable substance in the bypass pipe; and an easily polymerizable substance managing apparatus therefor. In the method of managing an easily polymerizable substance, opening/closing of a bypass shut-off valve is intermittently performed so as to replace the liquid containing easily polymerizable substance retained in the bypass pipe. In the method, during the managing of the liquid containing easily polymerizable substance, the bypass shut-off valve is opened so as to cause portion of the liquid containing easily polymerizable substance flowing through the piping to flow into the bypass pipe. The flow rate of liquid containing easily polymerizable substance flowing through the flow rate control valve or flow meter is 80% or more of the total flow rate of liquid containing easily polymerizable substance flowing through the piping.
