Aqueous, reactive flocking adhesive for polymer substrates |
abstract |
The invention relates to a polyurethane-polyamine adhesive based on a polyurethane obtained by reacting a polyalkylene glycol with an aliphatic, cycloaliphatic or aromatic polyisocyanate and a hardener component based on amino-group containing resins. Said flocking adhesive is produced and can be processed in an aqueous solution and is suitable as an environmentally friendly flocking adhesive that is low in solvents and that is suitable for flocking polymer substrates. The inventive adhesives can be processed according to all conventional processing methods and give flocked articles that have improved abrasion resistance. |
