titleOfInvention Method of detecting bond between vitamin d3 derivative and vitamin d3 receptor
abstract It is found out that, in a method of measuring the biding activity by surface plasmon resonance, the binding properties of a vitamin D3 derivative to a vitamin D3 receptor can be appropriately sustained by immobilizing the vitamin D3 derivative on a sensor chip via a linker. A bond between a vitamin D3 derivative and a vitamin D3 receptor can be detected by immobilizing the vitamin D3 derivative on a support via a linker and measuring the change in volume caused by the formation of a complex of the thus immobilized vitamin D3 derivative with the vitamin D3 receptor.
