Halogen alkenone ether can be produced by attaching carbonic acid halogenides or carbonic acid anhydrides to a vinyl ether. The aim of the invention is to improve said process by producing haloalkenone ether in the presence of an onium salt of a carbonic acid, which can be regenerated. The resulting product has a great yield. As an alternative, pyridine which is substituted by one, two, or three C1-C3-alkyl groups or other onium salts can be used. |
