abstract |
The present invention relates to an inverted population of hydrogen formed from a new catalytic reaction of hydrogen atoms, which makes it possible to obtain hydrogen of lower energy. The inverted hydrogen population of the invention is capable of a laser effect. The energy produced can be used as laser light or the light produced by the stimulated or spontaneous emission can be converted into electricity by means of a photon converter into electric current such as a photovoltaic cell. |
