However, the presentinvention concerns DNA expression cassette, a vector, plantcells and plant containing said DNA sequence. The present invention also concerns the use of an E2F binding motif or of a DNA sequence comprising an E2F binding motif to induce a S-phase and/or a meristem-specific expression of a gene of interest. |
