abstract A nebule (28) having an identification marker/label (35) which is adapted to engage an aerosol generator (22). The marker/label (35) can be sensed by a sensing device (34) on the aerosol generator (22) so as to identify the contents of the nebule (28) for use by the aerosol controller (30). The controller (30) can then control the aerosol generator (22) based upon the identity of the contents of the nebule.
