titleOfInvention Matting and decorating rubber material and producing method thereof
abstract The present invention provides a kind of matting and decorating rubber material as well as its producing method. Said rubber material is made from granulate of waste rubber and a rubber matrix containing green rubber, vulcanizer, filling agent, pigment and other aids. The producing method includes blending the two aforementioned components and pressing to obtain a half-finished product, then surface rubbing the half-finished product and coating a layer of transparent elastic material to obtain the final product. Said matting and decorating rubber material can take advantage of waste rubber to attain decorating product with good quality having excellent appearance, contaminant resistance, slide resistance and the property of easy to wash. The disclosed technical embodiment has the advantage of recovering the natural recourse and protecting environment.
