Gel compositions for external use, pad materials and pad materials to be packed in blister containers |
abstract |
It is intended to provide gel compositions for external use which show a high compatibility with the human skin and a high strength regardless of the type of usage. Namely, gel compositions which are made up of a water-soluble polymer and have self-shape retention properties and a moisture content of from 30 to 95% by weight and show a compression deformation rate (i.e., the maximum deformation rate until the gel structure is partially broken under compression at a definite speed with the use of a plunger allowing pressing at a constant speed) of from 65 to 99%. |
