titleOfInvention Plastic material and process for its manufacture from powder paint residues
abstract The present invention refers to plastic material and process to manufacture same as from residue of powdered paint. The material of the present invention will allow to conform an infinity of products avoiding the deposition, as presently happens, of the residue of powdered paint manufactured by a great quantity of industries. This material may be able to be conformed with cellular or alveolar structure and will be constituted by residue of paint and isocyanate. The process to obtain this material with alveolar constitution is carried out pursuant to the following stages: a) by homogenizing residue of powdered paint; b) by adding isocyanate in equal quantities in weight as that of the mixture of residue of powdered paint obtained at stage a); c) by homogenizing mixtures of residue of paint and isocyanate; d) by adding a previously homogenized mixture of silicone and water: e) by kneading the mixture formed at stage d); f) by pouring onto the mold of the product to be obtained, the entirety of the mixture and then by closing it; g) by maintaining it at a constant temperature in order to allow the components to react. Should ovens be available the process is accelerated by imposing it up to a temperature between 160 °C and 220 °C; h) by removing the mold and letting the product become cold. A cured stage may be added in the event of heating ovens be available.
