abstract A method of analyzing interaction between proteins with the use of an assigned molecule and a C-end labeled protein forming a complex, wherein the complex is formed by the interaction between the genotype/phenotype assigned molecule and the c-end labeled protein having a C-end labeling containing puromycin or its derivative, and part other than protein constituting the assigned molecule and the C-end labeling respectively have modifications required in analyzing the interaction. A method of analyzing interaction between proteins with the use of assigned molecules forming an assigned molecule complex which is a complex containing a plural number of genotype/phenotype assigned molecules and formed by the interaction among these genotype/phenotype assigned molecules and which is characterized by having modifications required in analyzing the interaction in parts other than proteins constituting the assigned molecules.
