The invention concerns novel artemisinine derivatives of general formula (I), wherein: a and b represent a single or double bond; n1 and n2 represent 0 or 1; R1 represents a fluoroalkyl group, or a fluoroaryl group; R2 represents a hydrogen atom, or a halogen atom, or a group, ionizable if required, enabling to make said compounds of formula (I) water-soluble; R3 represents a group, ionizable if required, enabling to make said compounds of formula (I) water-soluble; R4 represents H or OH. The invention also concerns a method for obtaining said compounds, and their uses in pharmaceutical compositions for treating malaria. |
