abstract An information recorder which prevents a recording layer from undergoing a strong magnetic field even if received by an electronic apparatus loaded with an information storage device, e.g., MRAM utilizing the magnetization direction control of a strong magnetic material to prevent the misstorage of information, and an electronic apparatus with mounted information reorder. This is an information recorder (1) comprising an information storage device (12) which stores information by utilizing magnetoresistance effect wherein a resin material (13) used for mounting the information storage device (12) is made of a mixture with a high-permeability material. A part or the whole of the surface of the information storage device (12) is coated with the information high-permeability material film or a thin film containing the high-permeability material.
