abstract |
The invention relates to chewing gum or soft caramel and the production method thereof. The inventive method consists in producing a continuous strand of a product comprising chewing gum or soft caramel, said strand being in the form of a channel. A sheet comprising a liquid product that gels in a reduced amount of time is deposited inside the channel. Said method can be used to produce individual units of said product by cutting the aforementioned compound strand. The sheet of gelled product is perfecly visible in each of said units as it remains on the surface of three of the sides of the chewing gum, said gum being laterally fixed to the sheet of gel in order to prevent the sheet from separating easily. |
