The invention relates to the preparation by means of extrusion cooking of granules or powders from nuts and/or oleaginous fruits and/or oil seeds, which are optionally and partially defatted and/or dried in toto, said granules and powders being intended in particular for instant drinks. More specifically, according to the invention, the extrusion cooking method which is used in order to prepare the highly-nutritional granules or powders allows for the introduction of a high weight percentage (>/= 40%) of said vegetable raw materials and for the concentration of the active ingredients and natural nutriments thereof. |
