Bioabsorbable capsules or materials, which can be injected into the body and set to gel after the injection, sustainedly releasing a drug in vivo, characterized in that a physiologically active substance such as a growth factor, DNA or an enzyme or a drug is carried on the hydroxyapatite (HAp) surface and the collagen (Col) surface of an HAp/Col nano-complex having been formed as a coprecipitate, having a specific surface area of 50 to 300 m2/g and being composed of Hap crystals aligned in the C-axis direction around Col fibers and in hydration water thereof. |
